Funding of OTS (One Time Settlement)
Our OTS Funding Scheme has been designed to assist customers in settlement of their NPA accounts with Banks/NBFCs/FIs. We specialize in providing financing solutions for the unique needs of distressed entities, offering flexibility in repayment terms, moratorium periods and structured financing arrangements. Repayment may be out of business earnings and/or proceeds from sale of various assets.
Our OTS Funding Scheme helps our clients in closing their OTS settlement with Banks/FIs, thus reducing their interest servicing obligations, help in revival of their business activities and maintaining the employment. Reduced interest servicing burden helps in revival of sick units and also helps the economy by avoiding non employment and loss of entrepreneurial capabilities.

Acquisition of stressed assets from Banks/ NBFCs/ FIs
When Banks/NBFCs/ FIs come out with their proposals for sale of their NPAs, we participate in the bidding process for acquisition of these accounts, after carrying out due diligence – legal and financial both. We also acquire NPAs from other Banks/NBFCs/FIs under bilateral deals. After acquisition of these non- performing loans, we commence recovery process by following various strategies.

Investment in Security Receipts issued by Trusts formed by ARCs
ARCs acquire NPA Accounts from Banks/NBFCs/FIs either under bidding process or through bilateral deals. Most of these deals now a days are on 100% cash basis. Then they form Trusts for realization of underlying securities. They invite Qualified Buyers (QBs) for investment in Security Receipts being issued by these Trusts for the acquisition price paid for the underlying distressed assets. These SRs are transferable. Investments in these SRs yield good profits over a period of time due to recovery amounts from sale of underlying assets/under compromise settlements being higher than acquisition price. A sizable part of our investments are in these SRs, in order to earn good profits.
