Mr. Ram Niwas Tayal Our Management Team is headed by Mr. Ram Niwas Tayal a distinguished banking professional with a postgraduate degree from the Delhi School of Economics. He is also a qualified LLB and holds the Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) credential. With a remarkable career spanning five decades, Mr. Tayal has extensive expertise in corporate banking, foreign exchange, and branch and Zonal Management. He retired as General Manager from Bank of India after a remarkable 40-year tenure, during which he led several large corporate branches, including overseas operations. As zonal manager of the Chennai zone, he oversaw more than 80 branches across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Additionally, during a critical period in Indian banking, he headed Credit Monitoring Department at the Bank of India’s Corporate Office. His international experience includes serving as Directeur Adjoint at Bank of India’s Paris Branch for four years, further enhancing his expertise in global banking operations. Mr. Tayal has been an integral part of our Group since its inception, bringing invaluable leadership and strategic vision to our organisation.

Mr. Mahendra Naik a former General Manager of IDBI Bank, brings with him extensive experience of more than 40 years in Banking and Finance. He is a post graduate in Commerce and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He also holds CAIIB qualification. His expertise encompasses Management of stressed assets, recovery, corporate banking, infrastructure finance, project appraisal, Branch operation and retail banking division. Currently, he serves as Chief Recovery Officer (CRO) of our Company.

Mr. Nirmal Baruah holds B.Tech degree along with an MBA in Finance. He is a finance professional with over 12 years of experience in credit analysis, distressed asset management, and business restructuring. He has successfully managed acquisitions, secured substantial structured funding, and developed a strong track record in deal structuring and business turnarounds across diverse sectors.

Mr. Bhanushali is CA and CFA Level 3 candidate having experience of over 7 years in Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory, Valuations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Resolutions under IBC mechanism and Loan Settlements etc.

Ms. Aartiba is CA having experience of over six years in Financial Arena. During this period, she has attained experience in Auditing, Taxation, Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis. She is also having good knowledge in Credit Analysis, Due Diligence, Financial Modeling and Risk Management. Presently, she is working as Credit Manager in our company.

Ms. Prachi Sonaghela is a qualified Company Secretary and an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. She also holds an LL. B degree from Mumbai University. She has experience of more than 6 years in handling Secretarial/NBFCs Compliances. Presently, she is working as Company Secretary/Senior Manager – Compliances in our company.
